This position requires someone with a positive attitude, ability to be self directed, and work with a sense of urgency and efficiency.Duties Include (but are not limited to):Identifying and executing minor repairs such as HVAC, electrical, sinks, toilets, lighting, dock doors, painting, carpentry, concrete, and manufacturing equipmentCollaborate with vendors for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical maintenance when necessaryCollaborate with associates in the planning and installation of equipment throughout the facilityComplete facility preventive maintenance tasksOrder parts within a budget and manage spare parts inventory for the departmentMaintain a clean and safe environment that complies to OSHA and company standardsother duties as assigned by managementHelpful but not required experience:CDL Class AForklift repairSemi RepairLogisticsRequirements3+ years of experience performing general maintenance and repairs for multiple facilitiesExperience with welding and metal fabricationTechnological/Computer literacy and proficiency recording work in maintenance softwareAbility to work in a warehouse environment or outside - Non temperature-controlled environment, lifting items/boxes overhead, standing for extended periods of time, squatting, ability to lift and carry up to 75lbsPerform Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to travel in a company provided vehicle to multiple location
