And you can too, so bring your energy to ours!As E&C Project Manager III/Sr. in Project Development, you’ll be responsible for leading project teams in the conceptualization, planning, design and engineering of oil and gas facilities. You will also interact with operations, internal/external stakeholders and vendors in developing projects and implementing strategies for execution.Your work will challenge you, and with our Core Values to guide you, you’ll quickly learn and grow with us.Responsibilities/Expectations:Leads teams to execute complex project plans, ensuring seamless coordination with internal and external partners and delivering results on time for moderate-to-large projectsSets up core project teams to enable collaboration and achieve objectives efficientlyCoordinates technical resources under the structured guidance of the Project Life Cycle for consistency and rigorDevelops and implements detailed reports, presentations, schedules, and cost forecasts to maintain control and transparencyPresents and executes recommendations grounded in engineering principles and operational efficiency to meet reliability targets and reduce riskPrepares, reviews, and approves RFPs, contractor evaluations, and selection decisions with precision and complianceUnderstands and applies economic impact analysis to drive solutions that enhance profitability and long-term valueAnticipates challenges, gathers critical data, evaluates opportunities, and makes decisions that deliver meaningful business impactDesigns optimum project solutions that improve economic performance over the entire lifecycleLeads development and preparation of projects through project life cycle from initiation to sanctioning and transition to project execution Collaborates with internal stakeholders to develop facility scopes, estimates, rates and schedules to meet customer requirements Develops project charters which include development of cost estimates, planning contracting strategies, and engineering designs to initiate transition to project teams Analyzes project specific flow studies and assumptions Demonstrates an entrepreneurial spirit that fosters creative and innovative thinking that leads to business value and customer satisfaction Other duties as assignedEducation/Years of Experience:E&C Project Manager Senior:Required: Bachelor's Degree and a minimum ten (10 years’ experience in oil and gas engineering/project managementPreferred: Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or construction management and Master's degree in business, project management or engineering management; PMP or PEE&C Project Manager III:Required: Bachelor's Degree and minimum five (5) years’ experience in oil and gas engineering/project managementPreferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction ManagementPreferred: Project Management Certification (PMP), Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)Shift/Work Hours/Travel Requirements:Must be willing to travel up to 25%Mon-Thurs On-site (Required) Fridays Remote (Optional)Other Requirements:Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills Knowledge of economic models Understands economic drivers, customer needs being developed and incorporates them into pipeline/facility options Experience in pipeline and facility design engineering and construction Knowledge of typical industry regulatory practices, including the permitting requirements to evaluate proposed projects and project alternatives Preferred: Professional certifications such as PMI and/or PE Preferred: Understanding Hydraulic modeling concepts , Responsible for the planning, coordination and implementation of small engineering projects in accordance with the established policies, procedures, and requirements approved by the company. Works under minimal guidance while performing complex tasks. Exercises a substantial latitude for making unreviewed decisions.
