And you can too, so bring your energy to ours!As a Senior E&C Project Manager, you’ll lead moderate-to-large-scale initiatives where technical complexity meets strategic impact. Your expertise in PLC/Stage-Gate processes and facility construction/operations in the oil and gas industry will be the foundation for delivering solutions that optimize performance and profitability across the entire lifecycle. This position will focus on the non-regulated gas gathering and processing plants located along the Gulf coast. The Plants process production gas gathered by our offshore infrastructure.Your work will challenge you, and with our Core Values to guide you, you’ll quickly learn and grow with us. You will be the accountable leader of the projects and have responsibilities to that level.Responsibilities/Expectations:Must be an expert in the fundamentals of Project Management and all areas that compliment thatFamiliarity with gathering and processing facilities operating as non-regulated assetsProvide a laser focus on safe execution to each project team and continuously require removal of any obstacles to safe executionLeads teams to produce & execute complex project plans, ensuring seamless coordination with internal and external partners and delivering results on time and optimizing value to the companyIdentifies and builds core project teams to enable collaboration and achieve objectives efficientlyEnsure frequent, value-added, and candid discussions on assigned projects with the Commercial, Operations, and Technical Services teams. Coordinates and sources technical resources under the structured guidance of the Project Life Cycle for consistency, efficiency, and rigorDevelops and implements detailed reports, presentations, schedules, risk management, change management and cost forecasts to maintain control and transparencyPlans, approves, and is accountable for procurement of material and services to ensure fulfillment meeting project technical, cost, and schedule requirements. Presents and executes recommendations grounded in engineering principles and operational efficiency to meet reliability targets and reduce riskPrepares, reviews, and approves RFPs, contractor evaluations, and selection decisions with precision and complianceUnderstands and applies economic impact analysis to drive solutions that enhance profitability and long-term valueAnticipates challenges, gathers critical data, evaluates opportunities, and makes decisions that deliver meaningful business impactDesigns optimum project solutions that improve economic performance over the entire lifecycleOther duties as assignedEducation/Years of Experience:Required: Bachelor's Degree and a minimum ten (10 years’ experience in oil and gas engineering/project managementPreferred: Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or construction management and Master's degree in business, project management or engineering management; PMP or PEShift/Work Hours/Travel Requirements:Must be willing to travel up to 25%Other Requirements:Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priorityProficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills, Responsible for the planning, coordination and implementation of small engineering projects in accordance with the established policies, procedures, and requirements approved by the company. Works under minimal guidance while performing complex tasks. Exercises a substantial latitude for making unreviewed decisions.
