Data Analytics Director (Revenue Ops)
Overview
In this role you will lead the HRO Analytics practice, partnering with Finance, Sales, Strategy, and Revenue Operations to translate data into strategic recommendations. You will manage analytics professionals, oversee BI and data visualization, and push for standards across the organization. You’ll drive retention, growth, and revenue-related decisions by identifying trends and opportunities. This position offers the chance to shape analytics maturity and influence cross-functional outcomes at scale.
ResponsibilitiesLead analytics professionals and managers to build a trusted analytics practice aligned with business objectives.Partner with Finance, Sales, Strategy, and Revenue Operations to define priorities and deliver analytics solutions.Drive strategic recommendations by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities related to retention and growth.Lead through influence across matrixed teams (BI analysts, product managers, data scientists, data engineers, stakeholders).Oversee BI reporting and data visualization to ensure actionable insights communicated effectively.Leverage analytics to challenge assumptions and inform business strategy and decisions.Support evolution of analytics standards and best practices across the HRO Analytics organization.
Key requirements8+ years of experience leading analytics initiatives and partnering with data science and analytics teams.Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and executive leadership across matrixed organizations.Experience translating analytics into business recommendations for retention, growth, pricing, or revenue initiatives.Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments.Exceptional communication, presentation, and data storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences.strong communication and storytellingstakeholder influence and relationship buildingstrategic thinking and business acumenanalytics leadership and strategydata storytelling and visualizationBI reporting and dashboarding
