Our ideal candidate will be highly compassionate and have a profound knowledge of caring for terminally ill patients, as well as caring for patients recovering from illness or injury. We seek a patient, personable, and attentive CNA with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Schedule: CNA/Full timeCoverage Area and AvailabilityWe are seeking a candidate who is able to visit our patients in the Weber and Davis areas. This is a full time position.Responsibilities And DutiesProvides comprehensive personal care of patients under the supervision of an RNPrioritizes work assignmentsCompletes and submits required paperwork, including daily notes, route sheets, and documentation reflecting care given as indicated on the plan of careExhibits courtesy, cooperation, and compassion toward patients, physicians, and fellow workers to create a positive work environmentQualifications And Skills18 years or olderValid Drivers LicenseHealth Care Experience preferredCurrent/Active CNA license
