BrightStar Care - - Responsibilities: Provide attentive overnight care as directed by a nursing supervisor; Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting; Monitor and record vital signs as needed; Ensure client safety, comfort, and well being during the night; Assist with repositioning, mobility, and nighttime routines
