Employer Industry: Healthcare ServicesWhy consider this job opportunity:Salary range of $51,000.00 to $60,000.00, actual salary commensurate with experiencePartial remote work opportunity with a minimum of two days on-site requiredMonday through Friday work schedule, 8 am to 5 pm, with flexibility as neededOpportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, enhancing professional developmentEngage in meaningful projects aimed at improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness within the organizationWhat to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Support the analysis of institutional activities and business development projectsPerform item adds, changes, and basic updates in the item master databaseGenerate and maintain basic reports related to item master dataMonitor and respond promptly to inquiries, requests, and issues in the eCommerce inboxCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, IT, and finance, to resolve item master-related issuesWhat is Required (Qualifications):Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related fieldAbility to ensure item master data is accurate, consistent, and up to date across all systemsStrong attention to detailExperience with Oracle/Peoplesoft FMS Items Module is a plusIntermediate competency with ExcelHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):Experience with Oracle/Peoplesoft FMS Items ModuleIntermediate competency with ExcelHigh attention to detailPrevious experience in an eCommerce or data management roleFamiliarity with internal controls and compliance proceduresWe prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
