Senior SAP OTC Consultant

Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior SAP SD Order-to-Cash (OTC) Consultant to drive design, implementation, and optimization of SAP SD processes within a fast-paced automotive and digital commerce environment. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders across sales, service, logistics, and finance to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions on SAP S/4HANA. Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end SAP SD/OTC lifecycle: requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deploymentDesign and optimize order management, pricing, billing, shipping, and returns processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, FICO, PP, EWM) for seamless integrationLead S/4HANA enhancements and transformation initiatives in SD/OTCTranslate business requirements into functional specifications and work closely with ABAP/technical teamsDrive process standardization and automation across OTC workflowsSupport interfaces and integrations with CRM, eCommerce, and third-party systemsTroubleshoot production issues and provide L3 supportParticipate in UAT, regression testing, and release cyclesMentor junior consultants and contribute to best practices Required Qualifications10+ years of experience in SAP SD with strong OTC expertiseHands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (mandatory)Deep expertise in:Order Management & Pricing (Condition Technique)Billing & Invoicing Shipping & Logistics ExecutionReturns & Credit ManagementStrong integration experience with FICO, MM, and EWMProven ability to work in complex, high-volume transactional environmentsStrong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
