Optimizing how the robots are utilized is critical.As a Product Manager for Fleet Orchestration Software, you will:Help optimize the way robots are utilizedSteward a software product line, curate its roadmapWork closely with Design, Engineering, and Technical Program managers to refine and prioritize features and requirementsHelp define metrics that measure the health and performance of these systemsTo be successful, you should have:Bachelor's Degree with 6 to 8 years of product management experienceCuriosity, a desire to figure out how to make things betterExperience driving collaboration, alignment, and affecting outcomes with influence instead of authorityDirect experience with product-lifecycle managementA technical background; you can learn and understand software development, and concepts such as back-end systems, web apps, APIs, and technical tradeoffsBonus:You have stewarded products through their lifecycle in a relevant spaceYou have experience working with Operations and Maintenance teamsYou have experience in process improvement methodologiesYou know how to thrive in a growing, complex organizationYou know how to deconstruct complex ideas and conceptsIndividual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
