Please read the following job descriptions and apply for it!Responsibilities of financial controllerResponsible for directing and coordinating the work of a number of accounting associates in several aspects of accountingManage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue RecognitionCoordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variancesPrepare and publish timely monthly financial statements and analyses.Additional duties as necessary.Qualifications of financial controllerBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.5-10 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.Must have understanding of Accounting principles and procedures.Excellent Microsoft Excel and Word skill is a must.Experience in high growth, small or mid size manufacturing company preferred.Excellent written/verbal/interpersonal communication skills.Activ8 Recruitment & Solutions / Renaissance Resources Inc. has been a trusted leader in North American recruiting for Japanese businesses for over 25 years.
