This position works closely with dealership teams, vendors, and internal departments to ensure financial accuracy, strong vendor relationships, and smooth daily operations./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliProcess vendor, parts, and credit card invoices daily with accuracy and efficiency/liliUpload invoices within 24 hours of receipt to maintain compliance and workflow efficiency/liliReconcile vendor statements and credit card accounts/liliInvestigate and follow up on missing, outstanding, or aged invoices/liliAssist with month-end close activities and maintain proper supporting documentation/liliRespond professionally and promptly to internal teams and vendor inquiries/liliHelp maintain strong financial controls and process consistency across dealership operations/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliExperience with a Dealership Management System (DMS) preferred/liliAutomotive Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable experience preferred/liliAccounting degree preferred, but not required/liliStrong organizational skills and attention to detail/liliExcellent communication skills with both internal teams and external vendors/liliSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively/liliComfortable working in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment/li/ulh3Equal Opportunity Employer/h3pKrause Auto Group is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating an inclusive workplace for all employees.
