Hydraulic Assembler
*Schedule:* Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Enjoy 3-day weekends!)

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented *Hydraulic Assembly & Test Technician* to join our production team. In this role, you will assemble, build, and test precision hydraulic components according to engineering blueprints and Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP).
If you have hands-on experience with hydraulic systems, reading pressure gauges, and fine mechanical assembly, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
* *Assembly & Fabrication:* Build hydraulic assemblies using arbor presses, micro-drills, lathes, and specialized fixtures.
* *Testing & Data Logging:* Perform ATP testing, set up test stands, read pressure/flow meters, and accurately record test data.
* *Precision Finishing:* Perform swaging (37° and 45° conical), torque sealing, lock-wiring, and micro-laser welding.
* *Troubleshooting:* Identify causes for test failures, rework rejected parts, and suggest corrective actions.
* *Quality & Safety:* Read technical blueprints, maintain a clean workstation, and safely handle tools and cleaning chemicals.
*Qualifications*
* Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on *hydraulic assembly and testing* experience.
* Ability to read blueprints, understand basic hydraulic concepts, and use measuring devices/gauges.
* High School Diploma or GED required.
* Certification in Hydraulic Principles is a big plus!
* Ability to stand, handle small parts, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs in a shop environment.
