Healthcare Business AnalystRoles & Responsibilities:Discussion with the business stakeholders to identify scope of the project.Facilitate requirement gathering sessionsDo analysis to highlight impacts, feasibility, and risk with the project.Communicate the findings to the stakeholders for buy InProvide walkthrough with each stakeholder (Business/Development/Testing) for approval.Support the project through its entire lifecycle by clarifying the observations or concerns raised by stakeholders.Qualifications:Technical/Functional Skills:Experience as a Business AnalystExpertise in collaborating with Business users, Cross functional Groups to gather requirementsCreate Business and Functional requirementsExperience in Creating User Stories, Use Case Diagrams and User SpecificationsExcellent Communication Skills A MUST across customer, business, and Technical landscapeAbility to handle multiple projects at a time.Basic knowledge of SQLExperience in handling Data transfer projectsHealthcare industry experience preferredRelevant Experience:4 plus yearsGeneric Managerial Skills:Very good communication and coordination skillsEducation:Bachelor's DegreeAdditional Information:All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
