Material Handler

Job Description – Material Handler Shift: 4 days on, 4 day off 6am – 6pm or 6pm - 6am (must be available to work both shifts) Pay: $27.82/hour Location: DeForest, Wisconsin With general supervision, is responsible for all material handling (either by hand, hand truck, and or electronic hand truck) in the production area our Material Handler will: Day to day responsibilities include: Distributes the materials required for each set up. Transports all raw materials and finished goods in a timely and efficient manner. Collects, inspects, divides, and quarantines materials as needed prior to bailing and/or grinding materials. Properly scans, labels and sorts bailed/grinded materials. Assists with machine set ups as needed. Assists with the inspection, packing, and box assembly as needed. Assists Quality with sampling programs as needed. Serves as a Packer/Inspector as needed. Provides and ensures preventive maintenance on bailers and grinders.
