The best part is you would be joining a winning culture with Adecco while on assignment with our customer and have access to all our Adecco Perks!Perks:· Shift: Monday thru Friday 9am to 6pm· Weekly paycheck· Pay: $28.22/hr.· Access to Adecco's Aspire Academy (https://www.adecco.com/en-us/employers/about-us/programs-partnerships/aspire-academy) with thousands of free upskilling coursesResponsibilities:+ Assist with reviewing, organizing, and managing legal documents, case files, and project materials with strong attention to detail.+ Gather and document business requirements from internal stakeholders.+ Analyze current business processes, workflows, and documentation to identify gaps or improvement opportunities.+ Support the creation of functional and technical documentation for new processes or system enhancements.+ Participate in team meetings, requirement‐gathering sessions, and project update discussions.+ Assist with identifying potential project risks, issues, and impacts, and help maintain tracking logs.+ Support system testing activities by preparing test cases, validating results, and documenting findings.+ Help prepare training materials, job aids, and end‐user documentation for new tools or processes.+ Provide general administrative and analytical support to the legal operations portion of the team.+ Maintain accurate records, organize documentation, and manage deadlines across multiple workstreams.Requirements:+ Entry‐level paralegal experience OR research-based experience+ Strong attention to detail, especially when handling case files, legal documents, and deadlines.+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (must be comfortable creating and editing documents).+ Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and documenting requirements.+ Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.+ Experience with document management or high-volume administrative work is strongly preferred.This role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.
