Join our team as a Global FP&A Business Partner, where our future begins with you!ResponsibilitiesSingle point of contact finance partner for the President of Global Lubrication providing financial advice to support business decisionsPrepare monthly financial commentaries and presentation packs providing analytical insight into business performance for Global Lubrication resultsPrepare and explain the Lubrication Plan and forecasts for North America together with consolidating and also explaining the international regions (Europe and APAC) with support from the FP&A teams in those regionsPrepare and explain the 5 year strategic plan for Lubrication globally, refreshed annuallyFinancial modelling and business cases for new product launches, capital fund requests, acquisitions and expansion into new geographic locationsSupport the VP of Global FP&A and FP&A teams internationally with the continuous development of standard global planning, forecast templates and management reportingDuring the integration with Solenis explain the reporting suite available to the business via Tableau and OneStreamAdhoc requests as required which will be very "hands on"; gathering data from regions or role holder preparing analysis and proactively driving business performanceRequirementsCPA, CMA or GCMA QualifiedBachelors degree in Finance or Business disciplines, preferably Accounting or Finance related subjects3-5 years of experience in financial and business analysis, with proven ability to dissect business issues, present data in a simple and compelling way, and present to higher level managementInternational business experience preferredDemonstrated advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point, Visual Basic, Access and Business Object preferredAdvanced knowledge of business concepts and tools (NPV, ROI, Break-even, cost-benchmarking, pricing, sensitivity analysis, etc.)Advanced understanding of common financial reports and financial metrics (Income statement, Cash Flow Statement, Balance Sheet)Experience with Oracle or similar ERP software preferredHighly motivated, self-directed, flexible team player with demonstrated ability to thrive in a business-critical high stress environmentAbility to work collaboratively with management level and executive personnelSelf motivated, organized and goal oriented with a keen attention to detailSolid communication skills; ability to develop a method for presenting information in a simple yet impactful wayJ-18808-Ljbffr
