New Dimensions High School is looking for a dedicated and safety-focused Activities Bus Driver to transport our high school students to and from extracurricular events, field trips, and athletic competitions. What We Offer: Competitive Pay: Starting at $18.02 Per Hour Flexible Schedule: Work when our students play, typically leaving school at 2:30 PM and returning at 9:30 PM. We have approximately 30 trips per school year. Be a Part of the Community: Directly contribute to the positive experience of New Dimensions High School Students. Primary Responsibilities: Safely transport students, coaches, and chaperones to designated locations, following all traffic laws and district safety regulations. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any mechanical issues promptly. Maintain order and discipline among students on the bus, creating a positive and respectful environment. Communicate effectively with the Transportation Department, Athletic Directors, and Event Staff. Requirements & Qualifications: Must possess or be willing to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger (P) endorsements. Ability to pass a background check, drug/alcohol screening, and a physical examination. A positive attitude, patience, and a commitment to student safety.
