Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bus Driver position located in St. Cloud, MN. The Bus Driver will be responsible for safely operating assigned vehicles between campus locations and other destinations as required. Daily tasks include adhering to scheduled routes, performing pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, and ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers. Providing friendly, efficient customer service to students and staff is a key component of the role, along with maintaining compliance with traffic and safety regulations. Qualifications Proficiency in Bus and Truck Driving, with demonstrated experience in Defensive DrivingCompletion of Driver Training programs and valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with necessary endorsementsStrong Customer Service skills to interact effectively and professionally with passengersExcellent understanding of transportation safety guidelines and regulationsAbility to conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needsGood communication and problem-solving skillsPhysical ability to operate a bus safely and assist passengers as neededPrevious experience in a similar role is preferred
