Software Development Manager/Lead Full Stack Developer (Hands on Position) About the RoleA Client of Insight Global is seeking a hands-on Development Manager to support and enhance their digital platforms, customer-facing applications, and ServiceNow environment. This individual will play a key role in developing and maintaining technology solutions that support students, families, donors, schools, and internal stakeholders.The ideal candidate is a strong full-stack developer with ServiceNow experience who can quickly contribute to active projects, collaborate with business stakeholders, and help drive future innovation initiatives. This role combines application development, cloud technologies, workflow automation, and emerging AI solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain customer-facing web applications and digital platformsBuild and support integrations between ServiceNow, cloud platforms, and internal business systemsDevelop scalable front-end and back-end solutions using modern development practicesConfigure, customize, and enhance ServiceNow workflows, applications, and automationsSupport AWS-based infrastructure and cloud-native application developmentCollaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutionsTroubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application supportIdentify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiencyEvaluate and implement emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutionsPartner with external vendors and development resources to ensure successful project deliveryRequired Qualifications4+ years of software development experienceStrong experience with ServiceNow development and administrationProficiency in JavaScriptExperience with full-stack application developmentExperience working with APIs, integrations, and backend systemsKnowledge of cloud technologies, preferably AWSStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and contribute immediately in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)Experience developing customer-facing web applications, portals, or digital experiencesAWS experience, including services such as S3Experience with workflow automation and AI-enabled solutionsKnowledge of telephony integrations or customer service technologiesExperience working with outsourced development teams or external vendorsThis position will pay $123,000 base salary + 7% annual bonus target (approximately $131,600 total target compensation), plus benefits.
