Visit us online at www.equinoxresort.com and www.eoshospitality.com for more information about the amazing ways we’re making a difference.Job SummaryWork closely with guest services team to review occupancy, guest check-ins, VIPs, and special needs.Assist guests with parking by determining location of parking spot, moving of cones, and ensuring parking areas remain organized and safe.Ensure only authorized vehicles are parked in company lots. Work with front desk to verify and report any vehicles that are deemed non-business related.Offer guest assistance with luggage and bags. Help guests to front desk and assist getting luggage to their assigned rooms.Provide delivery of additional items and amenities to guest rooms as needed.Conduct property walk-throughs and inspect all public spaces to ensure safety, cleanliness, and security.Greet and welcome all guests in a professional and hospitable manner. Additional variable tips may be earned.
