Red Jacket Resorts, Cape Cod’s premier resort and hospitality company, is seeking motivated candidates for the position of Overnight Front Desk Agent.The Overnight Front Desk Agent is focused on providing efficient service and creating memorable experiences with a positive attitude with all our Guests. In this position, you will have a direct impact on the overall experience of our hotel Guests and be responsible for ensuring 100% satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesChecking guests in and out of resort in a warm and friendly mannerBeing knowledgeable of all the features, amenities, daily programming, hours of operation, room types, numbers, layout, décor, and locations of the resort collectionYou will also be knowledgeable about room rates, special packages and promotions Maintain daily house count and expected arrivals/departures Utilizing the resort's property management systemProviding excellent customer serviceCommunicating all guest requests with appropriate departmentsAssisting booking reservations as requestedVerifying all account postings and balancesPreparing a summary of cash, check, and credit card activities.Excellent problem-solving and empowerment skill set.Equal Opportunity EmployerThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
