Conveyor Maintenance Technician

Job Description Description:ServiceMax Maintenance, LLC is looking for a talented and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. If you have mechanical expertise, industrial knowledge, and a knack for electrical systems, we want to hear from you!Position Overview:The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with conveyor systems and excellent communication skills. A positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform maintenance repairs with minimal supervision are essential. You will need to be focused, dependable, and ready to respond to emergencies as they arise.Key Responsibilities:Proficient at using hand tools and power toolsHave a clean, valid driver's licenseReliable transportation to job sitesAbility to read and write in English (Spanish is a plus)Committed to working a flexible schedule and overtimePhysically able to work long hours on your feet, bend/crouch, work in tight areas, lift min. 30lbs, and climb laddersResponsible and professionalMechanically able to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair conveyor systems as required during PMs or repair callsKnowledge in details of all types of conveyor systems and associated componentsSkill set and knowledge to perform P.Ms and mechanical repairs on all conveyor systems including sortation systems (Shoe Sorter)Fill out and provide accurate documentation for all service calls and PMsMaintain and promote a safety-first culture, best practices and positive attitudeCommunication skills to lead a team through p.ms and repairsCommunication skills and knowledge to talk to customers on site about repairs or P.msThey have a shoe sorter, belted conveyor, MDR conveyor, Truck loader, NBC, belted curve and gravityMaintain a dress code which requires all personnel servicing the equipment to wear appropriate personal protection equipment (PPE). At minimum, high-visibility vests, safety glasses and steel toe shoes must be worn.
