Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Doylestown, PA, for a Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer support to ensure client satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, managing customer accounts, maintaining a high standard of customer service, and delivering an outstanding client experience. You will act as a key point of contact to foster positive and lasting customer relationships. Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service to address and resolve client inquiries effectivelyStrong skills in Customer Satisfaction and fostering excellent Customer ExperienceExcellent Phone Etiquette and communication skills for professional interactionsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailAbility to work on-site and collaborate within a team-oriented environmentExperience in a customer service-oriented role preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
