Fisk Electric, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking a Project Manager to join our office in Las Vegas, NV.About Fisk ElectricIf it’s electric, Fisk Electric Company has it covered.Since 1913, Fisk has been one of the nation’s leading providers for the design, installation and maintenance of electrical systems, structured cabling applications, integrated electronic security systems, and building technology solutions.During our storied history, we have gained experience on virtually every building type or unusual site condition in every region of the United States as well as the Middle East, Spain, the Virgin Islands, and the Caribbean.Notable projects include Formula 1 and City Center projects in Las Vegas for MGM, data center projects, T-Mobile Arena, UNLV, DAS Projects for 5G services as well as high end retail stores such as Gucci, Fendi, Neiman Marcus and Tapestry.Extraordinary Projects need Exceptional TalentDESCRIPTION:As a Project Manager at Fisk Electric, reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to:Review owner contract and ensures complianceManage development of master project schedule and quality control programIdentify critical issues and milestonesReview budgets and scopes with Preconstruction DepartmentManage project budgetIdentify potential additional cost issues and forecasts accordinglyEnsure that safety is properly incorporated into job planning and executionManage the development of a GMP or Lump Sum ContractPrepare subcontract and owner Change OrdersPrepare Monthly Owner RequisitionsAnalyze financial ability of subcontractors to performEnsure all contractual requirements of Subcontractor/Vendor have been fulfilled prior to their mobilizationManage project assetsConduct weekly and monthly review (study) of job cost reportsDevelop Look-Ahead SchedulesManage company’s quality control program on the projectREQUIREMENTS:Four year Construction/Engineering Degree or equivalent combination of technical training and related experienceMinimum of five years experience in construction, design, finance and management required2 or more years of experience working for a commercial electrical contractorProficiency in Fisk’s computer software and keyboarding necessary (Primavera, Expedition, CGC CMS, MS Word, Excel, AIA Contract Documents)Excellent communications and interpersonal skillsAdvanced knowledge of safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, quality control, engineering drawings, and other construction documentsOUR MISSIONWe build critical infrastructure that creates a better world.OUR VISIONWe strive to be the preeminent full-service civil, building, and specialty contractor by delivering innovative, transformative projects through world-class execution.
