If so, we want YOU to join our dynamic team at our chiropractic and rehab clinic in Spring, TX!We are looking for a motivated, upbeat, and hands-on Rehab Specialist to work directly with our lead doctor, assisting in patient treatments and guiding them through rehab exercises, therapies, and functional movements to improve their strength, mobility, and overall well-being. Our clinic is bustling with energy, and we need someone who can keep up with the pace, engage with patients, and bring positive, contagious enthusiasm every day!What You'll Do:Assist the doctor throughout the treatment process, ensuring patients receive top-quality care. Lead patients through therapeutic and corrective exercises tailored to their recovery needs.Guide stretching and mobility exercises to improve movement and function. Perform postural and movement analysis to assess patient progress.Assist with soft-tissue work to support muscle recovery.Set up and manage electrical stimulation, ultrasound, heat/cold applications, intersegmental traction, shockwave, Class IV Laser, and decompression therapy. Educate patients on injury prevention, movement mechanics, and wellness.Keep the rehab area clean, organized, and running smoothly while creating an upbeat, positive environment.What we are looking for:High-energy, positive, and outgoing personality – we need someone who can bring the hype! Passion for rehab, movement, and helping people heal.
