Manufacturing Planner

MUST BE A US CITIZEN (ITAR REQUIREMENT). Support a Fortune 500 Aero-Defense Company as a Manufacturing Planner.Required Skills:5+ years of experience creating comprehensive work instructions related to one or more: machine parts, composite details, composite assemblies, airframe structures, aircraft systems, aircraft check-outs, wiring and electrical systems, plumbing, aircraft maintenance, MRB or coatings-Demonstrated understanding of engineering blueprints, process specifications and manufacturing work instruction planning.- Aviation experience preferred but not requiredPlease do not submit candidates that do not have professional experience with the above. This position is NOT for a Manufacturing Planner in the sense of supply chain, resource planning or scheduling purposes.Must possess a minimum of 5 years of planning manufacturing work instruction experience OR equivalent experience in manufacturing / engineering documentation development and have demonstrated ability to create comprehensive work instructions related to one or more groups:machine parts, composite details, composite assemblies, airframe structures, aircraft systems, aircraft check-outs, wiring and electrical systems, plumbing, aircraft maintenance, MRB or coatings.Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and other applicable references. Instructional writing proficiency. Detailed knowledge of fabrication, tooling, manufacturing and inspection methods or processes pertaining to aircraft parts, assemblies, systems, or vehicles. To utilize computer applications such as SAP, MS Office, CAPP/SFM and model-based engineering systems such as Solumina/iBASEt, Teamcenter, 3DX : OR like programs/software's.A degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a relevant industry, such as aerospace, automotive, or consumer products. Additionally, experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) tools, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, or other software used to manage bills of materials and product data.
