About the Opportunity:The Premium Audit Customer Service Representative role is responsible for managing communication related to premium audits, serving as the primary contact for clients. This position supports the audit team by facilitating information exchange, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring the smooth execution of audit processes. The role contributes to the accuracy and efficiency of audits and enhances client satisfaction through clear, timely communication.3. Responsibilities:• Serve as the main contact for clients on premium audit inquiries and issues.• Respond promptly to phone and email communications with accurate information.• Explain audit processes, findings, and recommendations clearly to clients.• Manage communications for non-compliant audits to obtain necessary documentation.• Coordinate between clients and audit team to facilitate audit procedures.• Assist auditors in collecting required client information.• Schedule and confirm audit appointments.• Maintain detailed records of client communications.• Prepare and distribute audit reports and summaries.• Monitor communication metrics to identify improvement opportunities.• Develop and implement best practices for audit communication.• Collaborate to streamline workflows and service delivery.• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.• Verify accuracy of information exchanged with clients.• Address and resolve client concerns professionally and promptly.4. Requirements:• High school diploma required; Associate''s or Bachelor''s in Business, Accounting, or related preferred.• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.• Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Excellent verbal and written communication.• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.• Attention to detail and accuracy.• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.• Ability to interpret complex data and audit reports.• Team-oriented with a focus on customer service.• Motivated with a positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.5.
