Courses may be taught in an array of teaching modalities: MDC In-Person, MDC Live (Learning Interactively in a Virtual Environment), MDC Online (online delivery) and Blended Classes . What you will be doing Teaches lecture and laboratory sectionsEvaluates and advises studentsDevelops curriculaMaintains department standardsRecruits and participates in retention of studentsServes on committeesPerforms other duties as assigned What you need to succeed Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) or Doctorate in Management related discipline preferredMaster's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Master's Degree in Management; or Master's Degree and 18 graduate semester hours in Management or a Management related disciplineAll educational degrees must be from a regionally accredited institutionExperience with applied learning methodologiesAbility to communicate effectively with students with a wide range of skillsPossess excellent communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to work well with students and colleagues in a multi-ethnic/multi-cultural environmentMust be able to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekend assignments Preferences For best consideration upload your unofficial transcripts along with cover letter and resume.
