Position Overview
This Faculty member teaches upper-division Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) in Supervision and Management courses to students pursuing a Bachelor Degree.
Courses may be taught in an array of teaching modalities: MDC In-Person, MDC Live (Learning Interactively in a Virtual Environment), MDC Online (online delivery) and Blended Classes.

Teaches lecture and laboratory sections
Evaluates and advises students
Develops curricula
Maintains department standards
Recruits and participates in retention of students
Serves on committees
Performs other duties as assigned
What you need to succeed
Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) or Doctorate in Management related discipline preferred
Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Master's Degree in Management; or Master's Degree and 18 graduate semester hours in Management or a Management related discipline
All educational degrees must be from a regionally accredited institution
Experience with applied learning methodologies
Ability to communicate effectively with students with a wide range of skills
Possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work well with students, faculty and staff
Must be able to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekend assignments
