The successful candidate will play a key role in driving machining efficiency, supporting production teams, and delivering high-quality components for demanding end markets.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and optimize CNC programs for complex 5-axis milling applicationsCreate machining strategies from CAD models, engineering drawings, and GD&T requirementsSupport machine setup, first article inspections, and production troubleshootingCollaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to resolve technical challengesDrive process improvements to reduce cycle times and improve efficiencyMaintain accurate program, tooling, and setup documentationYour Profile7+ years of CNC machining experience with strong 5-axis programming expertiseProficiency with CAM software such as Mastercam, Siemens NX, Fusion 360, or similarStrong understanding of GD&T, tooling, and machining best practicesProven ability to troubleshoot and optimize machining processes in a production environmentExperience within aerospace, defense, medical device, semiconductor, or other high-precision industries is preferredApplication ProcessPlease submit your CV if interested in discussing this opportunity further.
