Provide full spectrum of customer service support to customers including booking orders, order confirmations and order changes in a reliable and timely manner to ensure the highest level of CS support in our industry Ability to organize daily workflow to meet customer timeframes to keep up with daily incoming orders. Track booked orders to ensure that all necessary paperwork and work is completed for an on-time delivery, including backordered seed and freight and follow up as necessary. Notify customers of issues that may delay delivery - to keep customers well informed on the progress of their orders Apply for phytosanitary certificates and other international documents via the USDA website and other electronic means that are needed for export of product so that orders are scheduled for delivery in a timely manner.
