They are seeking additional customer service support to assist with order processing, customer communication, and internal coordination across teams.Job Description:Addison Group is hiring a Customer Service Liaison for a short-term contract opportunity with potential to extend or convert. This role plays a key part in managing customer orders from start to finish, serving as a point of contact between customers, sales, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.Key Responsibilities:Manage customer orders from initial entry through final delivery confirmationEnter and maintain orders, contracts, and item setup within an ERP systemHandle a high volume of inbound customer calls and emails regarding order status, shipments, pricing, documentation, and adjustmentsCoordinate freight and shipping logistics, including working with transportation systems and customersPrepare and review open order reports with sales representatives and customersSupport assigned sales reps by managing accounts and addressing customer needsCollaborate cross-functionally with warehouse, data, and sales teamsAssist with additional tasks as needed to support customer service operationsQualifications:2+ years of customer service experience in a product-based environmentExperience managing full-cycle customer orders (order entry through delivery)Background in manufacturing or distribution strongly preferredProficiency in Microsoft Word and advanced ExcelHands-on experience working within an ERP systemStrong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced settingAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
