Building Services Coordinator
Client and Guest Interaction and Support. Primary Contact: Serve as the initial point of contact for all client employee and guest inquiries, issues, ticket management, troubleshooting, and feedback related to workplace services. Client Engagements: Work closely with the client and account teams to schedule meetings and customer engagements. Fostering Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with business unit admins and sustaining those relationships through consistent, proactive communication and collaboration. Follow-Ups: Conduct routine follow-ups with clients and guests to ensure their concerns or needs have been addressed. Requests Handling: Act as the primary contact for client requests, ensuring work is properly handed off to internal teams and the client is updated on the completion of work requests. Access Management: Manage area access, ensuring employees and guests follow established processes and maximizing turnaround time for requests.
