The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, enhancing, and supporting scalable applications while ensuring stability and quick issue resolution in production environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable web applicationsProvide L2/L3 production support, including incident resolution and root cause analysisWork across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) requirements, design, development, testing, and supportCollaborate with cross-functional teams for feature delivery and issue resolutionMonitor applications and ensure high availability and performanceDebug and resolve application issues in a timely mannerParticipate in code reviews and maintain coding best practicesMust-Have Skills (Screening Focus)Strong programming in Java / Python / JavaScriptHands-on experience with frameworks: Spring Boot / Node.js / React / AngularExperience in Production/Application Support (L2/L3 support)Strong understanding of REST APIs (development & integration)Experience with databases: MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDBFamiliarity with ticketing tools: ServiceNow / JiraGood understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologiesStrong debugging and problem-solving skillsExperience with Git/version controlGood-to-Have SkillsCloud platforms: AWS / Azure / Google Cloud PlatformCI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesContainerization: Docker / KubernetesExposure to monitoring tools (Splunk, AppDynamics, etc.)Mobile application development experienceWhat to Screen Strictly (To Avoid Rejections)Must have both development + production support experienceHands-on coding (not just support/monitoring profiles)Experience in incident management & RCAGood communication skills (client-facing support role)
