Data Analyst - SQL, Python

Data AnalystPosition OverviewWe are seeking a Data Analyst to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. The role combines statistical analysis, data engineering, and visualization to support cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with large datasets, building reproducible analyses and dashboards, and collaborating with stakeholders to define KPIs and measure outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze vehicle telemetry, service logs, dispatch data, and operational metrics to identify trends and actionable insights Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for fleet operations, safety, and engineering stakeholders Define, track, and report on KPIs related to fleet performance, mission success, readiness, and operational efficiency Ensure datasets used for analysis are accurate, well-structured, and reliable  Partner with operations teams (fleet ops, safety, remote assist) to understand reporting needs and business questions Translate business needs into data insights and reporting solutions in close collaboration with engineering and product teams Enable self-service analytics by creating well-documented datasets, reports, and dashboards Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Identify inefficiencies, recurring issues, and performance gaps through data analysis Support operational decision-making with timely, data-driven recommendations Help create structured feedback loops where operational learnings are captured, analyzed, and shared Assist in automating recurring reporting and reducing manual efforts where possible  QualificationsBachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics-focused roles Experience with operational, logistics, or fleet-related data is a plus Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, data manipulation, and analysis Proficiency in Python for data analysis and reporting preferred Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or Power BI) Experience working with large datasets and transforming raw data into actionable insights Familiarity with Databricks or similar analytics platforms is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Excellent communication skills with ability to present insights clearly to varied audiences Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams Skilled at translating business questions into reporting and analytical solutions Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple prioritiesIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
