Senior AP / JIB AnalystLocation: Dallas, TX (Uptown) | In-OfficeThe Encompass Group is partnering with a growing, private equity-backed oil & gas company in Dallas that’s looking to add a Senior AP / JIB Analyst to their team.This is a unique opportunity to join a lean, entrepreneurial E&P company that’s actively acquiring assets and scaling. With 56 employees and a flat structure, you’ll have strong visibility, real ownership of your work, and the chance to grow alongside the business.Why This Role?:Be part of a company that just closed its second fund and is actively pursuing new acquisitionsWork in a collaborative, high-visibility environment where your voice mattersJoin a team that values initiative, communication, and long-term growthCulture that balances hard work + flexibility (think team lunches, happy hours, and the occasional early Friday)What You’ll Do:Process and code vendor invoices with accuracyPrepare monthly Ad Valorem tax and insurance accrualsSupport audits by compiling required documentationReview non-op JIB statements and coordinate system uploadsReconcile corporate credit cardsAssist with vendor onboarding and documentation (including MSAs)Maintain vendor relationships and resolve discrepanciesGenerate AP reporting for leadershipWhat We’re Looking For:3–5 years of AP experience (oil & gas strongly preferred)Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)Detail-oriented with solid accounting fundamentalsSomeone who takes initiative and ownership—not afraid to figure things outStrong communicator and team playerComfortable in a fast-paced, growing environmentExperience with WolfePak (preferred) Interested or know someone who might be?
