Production Operator

Role Overview We are looking for a dedicated individual for our 2nd shift opening, running Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $18.70. This is a contract-to-hire role, with permanent employment opportunities contingent upon your attendance, performance, and the ongoing requirements of the facility. Primary Responsibilities Evaluate components for quality and communicate any issues to ensure high standards are maintained. Utilize hand tools to assemble automotive parts. Organize, verify, and prepare items for shipment by following specific verbal and written guidelines. Support the paint line by managing the loading and unloading of parts to keep production flowing efficiently. Required Qualifications Prior background working as a production operator. Possession of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
