ESS Clinical is seeking a motivated Recruiter to help connect dedicated professionals with meaningful opportunities supporting our school partners.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outbound sourcing, pipeline building, and performancebased rewards, while still caring deeply about candidate experience.What You'll Be DoingSource & Recruit Talent: Proactively identify, contact, and engage qualified candidates using outbound calls, email campaigns, social media, job boards, and ATS tools.Build Strong Pipelines: Develop and maintain an active pipeline of candidates through consistent followup and relationshipbuilding.Interview & Assess: Conduct structured phone and virtual interviews to evaluate fit for our schoolbased roles.Partner with Leaders: Collaborate with Regional Managers to understand hiring needs and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.ATS & Data Management: Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking in the ATS.Relationship Builder: Foster longterm candidate relationships that lead to referrals and repeat placements. What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED required (college coursework or degree a plus).Experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or talent sourcing preferred.Comfortable with outbound calling, performance metrics, and a fastpaced workload.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying organized and detailoriented.Must interact well with others.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Selfmotivated, goaldriven mindset with a desire to grow a longterm recruiting career.
