Role DescriptionThis is a contract-based, on-site role for a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) with Desert Holistic Wellness LLC. Therapists providecorporate chair massage services at client locations , typically in office or workplace environments. Assignments vary in frequency and duration, including one-time events as well as recurring corporate wellness contracts (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or high-frequency schedules). Therapists will perform structured, back-to-back chair massage sessions (typically 10–20 minutes per employee) during scheduled time blocks. The role requires strong time management, physical stamina, and the ability to deliver consistent, high-quality work in a professional setting. This position is ideal for therapists who wantflexible, reliable work without the need to market, schedule, or manage their own client base . Key ResponsibilitiesProvide professional chair massage sessions in corporate and workplace environments Perform back-to-back sessions efficiently while maintaining consistent quality and pressure Arrive on time with all required equipment (massage chair, supplies, etc.) and complete setup/breakdown independently Adapt techniques appropriately for short-format sessions while ensuring client comfort and safety Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace at all times Communicate professionally with employees and company representatives onsite Follow all Arizona state licensing requirements and professional standards Represent Desert Holistic Wellness LLC with reliability, professionalism, and strong work ethic QualificationsActive Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) license in Arizona Strong foundational knowledge of anatomy, pressure application, and safe technique Ability to perform multiple consecutive chair massage sessions without loss of quality Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality Ability to work independently in off-site, corporate environments Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable working in a clothed, chair massage setting (no oils, no table required for most assignments) Preferred (but not required): Previous experience with chair massage or high-volume session work Experience in corporate, event-based, or wellness program environments Compensation & StructureIndependent contractor (1099) position Pay typically ranges from$30–$60 per hour , depending on assignment type, duration, and experience Compensation is based onscheduled service time, not number of clients seen Flexible scheduling — contractors may accept or decline assignments based on availability Opportunities for consistent, recurring work through corporate contracts Contractor Incentives (Performance-Based)We offer structured incentives designed to support long-term, active contractors: License Renewal Reimbursement:Up to full Arizona license renewal cost reimbursed every 2 years for eligible, active contractors Liability Insurance Support:Reimbursement up to a defined annual amount for professional liability insurance Continuing Education (CEU) Support:Reimbursement for up to50% of required CEU hours per year , based on activity level and completed assignments All incentives are performance-based and tied to contractor reliability, consistency, and completed work.
