This role serves as a trusted advisor-helping drive growth, evaluating performance, and supporting both operational and corporate functions with data-driven insights.Compensation: 80-120k annuallyWhat You'll DoDevelop budgets and forecasts that support operational planning and strategic initiatives.Analyze results and variances to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.Communicate operating performance and insights to business leaders.Deliver financial training to enhance financial acumen across the organization.Prepare materials for monthly board meetings and executive reviews.Research market trends and industry developments to inform longrange planning and business development.Build financial models that connect strategy to financial outcomes.Evaluate capital expenditure proposals and complete postproject analyses to measure ROIC and target achievement.Provide adhoc financial consultation to operations teams to improve ROI and financial performance.Support special projects and strategic initiatives across the organization.Contribute to a positive team environment and deliver exceptional internal customer service.Promote Pace Analytical's mission through professional, courteous, and collaborative behavior.What You'll BringEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Finance or related field4+ years of financial analysis or accounting experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceKnowledge & Technical SkillsStrong understanding of financial analysis principles, budgeting, and accounting practicesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelFamiliarity with relevant laws, codes, and regulationsExperience with data sampling, statistical analysis, and financial modelingExcellent command of business English, including grammar and communication skillsKey StrengthsAbility to compile, analyze, and interpret financial/operational dataSkilled at explaining financial concepts and regulatory requirementsStrong analytical thinking and independent judgmentAbility to prepare accurate and timely reportsEffective presenter-comfortable with both large and small groupsStrong relationship-building skills and a collaborative approachFind Your Place at Pace - We need you - your curiosity, your talents, and your drive - to help us advance this important work.BenefitsWhen you join Pace, you commit to work that makes a positive impact on our communities and our world.
