Project ManagerPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale commercial construction projects for a leading Developer/General Contractor. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of project delivery, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and compliance with safety and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple large commercial construction projects from inception to completion.Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to provide updates and address concerns.Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction sector.Proven experience with large-scale projects, particularly in big box retail or similar environments, including SITE WORK.Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Benefits- Competitive base + bonus- Full Medical, life insurance etc.- 401K with company match
