Assembler - Manufacturing
Role: The Production Assembler I performs assembly processes to manufacture aerospace products in accordance with military and industry standards, under supervision.ResponsibilitiesPerform assembly tasks, prepare, clean, inspect, and test components and assemblies.Set up and operate equipment, troubleshoot, and rework defective units.Support safety procedures, participate in team meetings, and complete training.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S and KPI tracking.Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with audits.Qualifications & SkillsHigh School diploma or equivalent; 0-2 years manufacturing/assembly experience.Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control.Strong verbal/written communication, basic computer skills.Excellent manual dexterity, vision, and ability to interpret technical drawings.Ability to work in a high-volume environment and follow safety protocols.Preferred: IPC soldering certification or similar experience.Working Conditions: Manufacturing environment with potential exposure to noise, dust, or fumes; requires PPE use; sitting, standing, lifting up to 40 lbs, and detailed visual work.
