Generator Technician

We are seeking motivated Generator Service Technicians to join a growing team supporting residential and commercial customers. This is a hands-on, field-based role where you’ll inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair generator systems.No prior generator experience? No problem. We provide hands-on training—this is a great opportunity to build valuable mechanical and electrical skills with a stable, family-owned company.What You’ll Do:Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on generatorsTroubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical systemsTravel locally to customer sites (company vehicle provided)Manage service calls independentlyCommunicate professionally with customersWork outdoors in various weather conditionsWhat We’re Looking For:Strong mechanical aptitudeValid driver’s license with clean recordAbility to work independently in a field environmentComfortable working outdoors year-roundStrong communication skillsAbility to pass a drug test and background checkBasic hand tools requiredPreferred Backgrounds:Military mechanics (Navy GSM/GSE, Army 91 series, Air Force Power Pro)Small engines, diesel, HVAC, or industrial equipment experienceElectrical troubleshooting or field service experienceIf you’re mechanically inclined and want a career where you can grow your skills while working independently in the field—this is a great opportunity to get started.
