The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing daily construction site operations, managing project schedules, enforcing safety protocols, and coordinating with subcontractors and team members to ensure successful project delivery. Additional responsibilities include budget monitoring, quality assurance, and effective communication to maintain project timelines and objectives.QualificationsProficiency in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety practices (5+ years)Strong Organization Skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex schedulesExperience with maintaining of construction budgets of onsite components of projectsKnowledge of Project Management principles and ability to lead diverse teams effectivelyStrong problem-solving skills and adaptability in managing on-site challengesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with teams and stakeholdersFamiliarity with industry-specific software tools and technologies is preferred including Microsoft OfficeRelevant certifications in construction safety or project management are a plusHands on experience in concrete work and build outs preferred; candidates should have direct field experience.Pay Job Type: Full Time Pay Range 95K-140K (salary plus bonus potential)BenefitsCompany Vehicle Two Weeks VacationPaid Holidays 100% Company Paid Health Insurance
