Project Manager – Implementation

Job Description: Guide day-to-day activities for at least one strategic initiative or partner projectDevelop, monitor, and manage project work plan, deliverables, and activitiesIndependently facilitate project meetings and effectively communicate project statusIdentify and manage dependencies and project impacts across business areasProactively identify, monitor, document, and communicate project risks and issuesHold project team accountable to critical path timelines to ensure deadlines are metWork closely with program manager and partner collaboratively with project stakeholders across functional areasCraft communications by considering both the audience and situationRequirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience1-2 years of health care management and/or consulting experience1-2 years of project management experienceStrong client management or customer service skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple complex projects simultaneouslyExpert knowledge of MS Office productsPrevious health care knowledge, preferably in one of more of the following areas: provider systems, health plan operations, implementations, payer contracting, alternative payment models, delegated risk, or ACOs /CINsWorking knowledge of AdaptiveWork (or other project management application), Confluence, JIRAPMP project management certificationBenefits: Health insurance benefits
