Tax ManagerPosition OverviewWe are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Tax Manager to oversee our tax compliance and planning processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business and individual tax, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations while providing strategic tax planning services to our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and review tax compliance for corporate and individual clients.Conduct thorough tax research to provide accurate and timely advice.Develop and implement tax planning strategies for clients, including estate, gift, and trust taxes.Maintain strong client relationships and address their tax-related inquiries.Prepare and review tax returns and ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.Utilize CCH Axcess and Microsoft Suite for tax preparation and analysis.Supervise and mentor junior tax staff, providing training and development opportunities.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.CPA certification is required.Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management or a similar role.Strong knowledge of business tax, individual tax, and non-profit tax regulations.Experience with CCH Axcess and proficiency in Microsoft Suite.Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Strong client relationship management and communication skills.BenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401k
