Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in St. Petersburg, FL, for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve targets, assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions, and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include managing sales operations, developing strategies to meet and exceed sales goals, analyzing market trends to identify opportunities, and training team members in sales techniques and product knowledge. The Sales Manager will also foster relationships with existing customers while cultivating new clientele to drive business growth. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills, demonstrated by a proven ability to motivate and guide sales teams toward achieving and exceeding goalsSales expertise, including customer negotiation, closing sales, and identifying upselling opportunitiesProficiency in analyzing market trends, creating sales strategies, and achieving measurable resultsExceptional verbal and written communication, customer service, and relationship-building skillsExperience in retail, especially in luxury goods or the jewelry industry.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven, on-site sales environmentProficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
