Catering Sales Manager

Our client a fast-growing, fine dining restaurant group is seeking a Catering & Events Sales Manager to lead and scale its private events business across three expanding markets.This is a pure sales role—focused on driving revenue, building relationships, and securing high-value events. A dedicated operations team is in place to execute events, allowing you to focus entirely on business development and client acquisition.This is a unique opportunity to own and grow a multi-market revenue stream within a brand known for its elevated guest experience and design-forward spaces.Job requirementsWhat You’ll DoDrive catering and private events revenue across all locations (FL + KY markets)Proactively source, develop, and close new business through outbound sales effortsBuild and maintain a strong network within:Weddings (planners, venues, coordinators)Corporate clients (local companies, agencies, executives)Social events (milestone celebrations, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, private parties)Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to contract executionDevelop strategic partnerships with event planners, luxury vendors, and community influencersCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handoff and alignment on client expectationsCreate and refine pricing strategies, packages, and sales collateralForecast revenue, track pipeline activity, and identify growth opportunitiesWhat We’re Looking For5+ years in catering sales, event sales, or private dining salesProven track record of generating new business through outbound effortsStrong existing book of business / Rolodex in one or more of the following:WeddingsCorporate eventsSocial events (Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, milestone celebrations, private gatherings)Experience selling high-end events ($20K–$100K+)Background in restaurant, lifestyle hospitality, or boutique hotel environmentsEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a program from the ground upPolished, relationship-driven, and highly self-motivatedWhat Sets This Role ApartPure sales focus — no operational execution responsibilitiesOpportunity to build and own a multi-location catering businessStrong internal support from an established operations teamExposure across multiple growing marketsHigh level of autonomy, visibility, and impact
