This role assists with project documentation, scheduling, budgeting support, client communication, and internal coordination across teams. The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in organizing project information, tracking deliverables, and supporting project execution throughout the project lifecycle.Essential Job FunctionsProject CoordinationProvide day-to-day support to Project Managers and engineering teams on multiple energy projects.Coordinate project tasks, schedules, and deliverables across internal staff, clients, and subcontractors.Track project milestones, schedules, and status updates to ensure timelines are met.Organize and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting meeting minutes.Serve as a point of communication between project teams, clients, and external partners.Maintain and organize project files, contracts, correspondence, and technical documentation.Track and update project data in internal project management systems or databases.Assist in preparing project reports, presentations, and status updates for leadership and clients.Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company procedures. General Office SupportAssist with project budgets, expense tracking, and monitoring project hours against budget.Prepare draft invoices, requisitions, and financial documentation for review.Support contract administration, subcontractor coordination, and procurement activities.Help track project performance metrics and financial milestones.Proposal and Business SupportAssist with preparation of proposals, project execution plans, and supporting materials.Compile project information and documentation needed for proposal submissions.Support coordination of internal resources during the proposal development process.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred.1–3 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or project management support roles.Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Experience working with project management or document management systems is a plus.Salary $60K-$80K
