TRAVELING Project Manager - Multifamily Construction**This role will be based directly on a project job site in either Huntsville, AL or Charleston, SC for 18-24 months**We are a nationally recognized general contractor dedicated to building vibrant, community-focused multifamily developments. We specialize in multifamily housing, student housing, senior living, and build-to-rent developments, all crafted with a commitment to innovation, quality, and community impact.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multifamily construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and finalize multifamily construction projects according to specifications and deadlinesCoordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignmentManage project schedules and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholdersConduct risk management assessments to minimize project risksEnsure compliance with safety regulations and building codesLead project meetings and communicate updates to team members and stakeholders effectivelyMonitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on trackQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fieldProven experience as a Project Manager in the multifamily construction sectorStrong understanding of construction processes and project management methodologiesExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectivelyProficiency in project management software and toolsBenefits$95,000 - $130,000 base salary (DOE)End of year discretionary bonus1 company-paid trip home per monthTravel relocation provided for out of state projects (~ $2,500-$3,500/month)Any additional travel needed on project site will be covered by companyMedical/Dental/Vision
